X-Bridge

Telemetry-EL
Telemetry for the Spektrum X-BUS

The X-Bridge translates Jeti-telemetry data into Spektrum's X-Bus protocol. The sensor is simply plugged into the JR connection of the X-Bridge. There are two sockets for the X-Bus so that additional X-Bus sensors can be connected.

You choose the X-Bridge that suits your sensor.
We have already done the configuration for you.

Supported sensors
The following sensors are currently
supported by the X-Bridge:

JetCat ECU (also twin)
  • Version 10 with Telemetrie-Adapter
  • Version 12 and Pro Interface

Jeti MEZON esc

  • with or without BEC
Jeti MEZON-EVO esc
  • with or without BEC

Scorpion esc

  • with or without BEC

YGE esc

  • with or without BEC

Smoke-EL
  • SmokeDriver ab HV
JetCat ECU
The AirWare in the transmitter determines what data can be displayed and how that data is displayed. The X-Bridge supports all versions (NX, DX and IX). AirWare determines which alarms are possible, the X-Bridge cannot influence this.
Display of the data on the transmitter
The X-Bridge delivers the data from the ECU to the transmitter, and further processing is then exclusively handled by the transmitter's AirWare. The X-Bridge displays the ECU data in 4 data structures of the Airware. This makes it possible to display the data on all transmitter types (NX, DX, IX).
The NX transmitters do not support all the ECU data. Therefore the X-Bridge creates a text screen for displaying the ECU data. This is not optimal, as the refresh time for the display is 0.6 seconds and alarms are not possible. However, so that you still receive alarms, also on NX transmitters, the X-Bridge also uses the data area of Smoke-EL. Here you can set an alarm for the ECU battery and for a malfunction (CutOff).

This transmitter of the DX/IX series supports the ECU data directly with its own data structure.
The representation on the display varies somewhat. The DX home screen also automatically displays ECU data if available. With the IX transmitters, you can freely configure the start screen and also use ECU data. You set the alarms as usual in the telemetry setting of your transmitter. With the X-Bridge you always have the data of your ECU/Turbine in view.
Twin engine support
Even if the Airware currently does not support identical sensors, i.e. not 2x ECU either, we have found a solution that allows you to monitor both turbines via telemetry.

You can buy the X-Bridge in pairs. In this case, one is marked with a gold dot (Primary) and the other with a silver dot (Secondary). Both X-Bridges can be used together on an X-Bus. The primary represents the ECU data as usual as turbine status. The Secondary X-Bridge uses the text screen and the Smoke-EL structure to display the ECU2 data.

Jeti MEZON an MEZON-EVO
Here, too, AirWare determines how the data is displayed, the X-Bridge receives the data from the controller and forwards it to the X-Bus.
The representation of the data
The X-Bridge transfers the MEZON data to two sensors on the Spektrum X-Bus. The data is displayed as ESC and flight battery in the transmitter. MEZON controllers can be used with or without BEC. If BEC data are available, they are displayed accordingly. The power and BEC temperature values are not displayed.
The display for the flight battery shows the motor current and the battery capacity that has already been used.

Alerts:
The spectrum airware offers a variety of alarms. Please set the notifications in the way that suits you best. The X-Bridge does not generate any alarm messages.

YGE ESC
Here, too, AirWare determines how the data is displayed, the X-Bridge receives the data from the controller and forwards it to the X-Bus.
The representation of the data
The X-Bridge transfers the YGE data to two sensors on the Spektrum X-Bus. The data is displayed as ESC and flight battery in the transmitter. YGE controllers can be used with or without BEC. If BEC data are available, they are displayed accordingly. The power value are not displayed. The display for the flight battery shows the motor current and the battery capacity that has already been used.

Alerts:
The spectrum airware offers a variety of alarms. Please set the notifications in the way that suits you best. The X-Bridge does not generate any alarm messages.

-
Scorpion ESC
Here, too, AirWare determines how the data is displayed, the X-Bridge receives the data from the controller and forwards it to the X-Bus.
The representation of the data
The X-Bridge transmits the SCORPION data to two sensors on the Spektrum X-Bus. The data is displayed as ESC and flight battery in the transmitter. SCORPION controllers can be used with and without a BEC. If BEC data are available, they are displayed accordingly. The performance value is not displayed. The display for the flight battery shows the motor current and the battery capacity that has already been used.

Alerts:
The spectrum airware offers a variety of alarms. Please set the notifications in the way that suits you best. The X-Bridge does not generate any alarm messages.
